Express Consent

Caller explicitly agrees to be contacted. Logged with timestamp, IP, page URL, and opt-in language shown.

Prior Express Written

Signed agreement or checked box with clear disclosure. Required for certain telemarketing and SMS campaigns.

Implied / Existing Relationship

Customer initiated contact or has an existing business relationship. Time-limited and jurisdiction-dependent.

Consent records are stored immutably with timestamps, source URLs, and the exact language the consumer saw. Retained for your audit needs.
